Mental hygiene can become as much a part of your nightly routine as brushing your teeth during the Days of European Film. Our top expert on both is the radio presenter of Čelisti (Jaws), incorruptible critic and leading film psychosomatic Aleš Stuchlý. His conceptual early evening, Mental Hygiene, has filled the Edison cinema and its bar for the fourth year already and fills the space between the eyes and ears of its participants with amazement and relief from unexpected insights with healing potential.

As a study and therapeutic material, he has chosen four film delicacies. After watching them together, he will guide you, with the help of his guests, in a cleansing session with lightness, erudition, and wit.

Film critic Kamil Fila, director Jan Vejnar, and the (foreign) creators will be present among the guests. After Friday's screening, cinema-goers can expect a special DJ set by Iva Osmibitová and Vít Kentusák.
